I want to try and create a band that can merge rockabilly, pop, punk, metal and glam/classic rock with modern music. Has to be anywhere in the region of 17-21 yrs old (We'll make allowances) and has to fit in to make the music seem commercial.. Emphasis on seem. A bit of style, in other words. I have been in several touring bands that ranged in style from hardcore to jam-band to pop/punk. I love a lot of different types of music, and I love to broaden my musical horizon by playing a wide variety of styles. I also play guitar, bass, and the ukulele, so I have an understanding of musical theory beyond the drums. As far as what I am looking for in a band, the band should have a decent demo or access to a good studio and should be playing shows regularly (preferably touring).
