Gary has been playig Drums professionally since the age of 12. starting off in the Jazz world with mentors like Buddy Rich, Gene Kruppa, J.C. Heard, & Pistol Allen of “Funk Brothers” fame. He has played just about all types of music from Classical to Speed Metal, but is right at home with the Blues. Coming onto the Blues scene in the mid 80’s with artists such as Robert Penn, Robert Knoll, James Cloyd Group, Zoom & the Blue Diamonds
The Blind Dog Blues Band,
Delta Drive, Motor City V8, Kathy Davis and the Soul Searchers
and more. The groove is safe with Gary behind the Drums
Currently The Drummer of The Boogie Chillens Band , Midnight Run, & The Motor City Automatics Giggin' , but lookin for more......
