saw these guys play with a line up of 4 bands. they were drawing attention from the bar and had the place packed, pity they weren't on as the headline act. they finished up and the next act were rubbish, place empited soon after.

they put on a great show, fast tunes and lively antics on stage.

No sign of them these days. :(

More Famous Dead are a four piece Dublin band completly committed to "celebrating mediocrity". Middle of the road enough to please all and alternative enough for the chin strokers. Pft... Described by Hotpress as "energetic buzz-saw guitars, a mix between The Ramones and Rory Gallagher". Have played every spit on the flloor joint all over the city much to the delight of motr fans and the guys who stand down the back looking cool in leather stroking their respective chins......Ah yes. Achieved some label interest and local radio airtime. More Famous Dead. A well kept secret. Living up to their name.
