| 25 yr old lead guitarist and lead vocalist in Phoenix. Mature, level headed, hard working and responsible. 12 years playing guitar, singer has decent skills with writing experience of close to 8 years. Talented and creative lead guitar with limitless potential and diversity. style is mainly a rock & blues with modern alternative influences, but we have an open mind. we are putting together original songs that will showcase the direction of music we are heading. we will need a bassist and drummer eventually, both of which would be willing to play to songs already written and structured. writting input would be limited at first. influences include: Stevie Ray Vaughan, Joe Satriani, Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Jerry Cantrell, Jeff Buckley, John Frusciante, Omar Rodriguez-Lopez, Kim Thayil, Larry Lalonde, Trey Anastasio, Tom Morello, Jack White Favorite bands:The Mars Volta, Muse, Queens of the Stone Age, Radiohead, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Alice In Chains, Tool, Soundgarden, Primus, Clutch, Unified Theory, The White Stripes, Rage Against The Machine, Gloritone, Phish we are looking for mature individuals who are responsible both in and out of music (level headed, no pipe dreams). . we take music seriously, but most of all we want to have fun.
