Original band in Orlando FL area. A trio that does not follow trends, DUDGEON plays old school hard rock/metal and will be playing shows again at clubs around Central Florida shortly. NEW PICS being added, so check em' out and make fun of how stupid we look! DUDGEON currently consist of Steve J. Kaynan- guitars, vocals and Ryan Kaynan- bass. Some facts about the band- Steven picked up the guitar at age 9 and was inspired to practice 24/7 after hearing Van Halen and Joe Satriani. At 15 he won first place at the"Extreme Guitar Challenge" guitar competition at Mars Music in 1999 when in the 9th grade. After high school graduation, he packed a suitcase, his guitar, and bought a plane ticket and moved to Los Angeles to play some bitchin' clubs. While he was gone, his brother Ryan began learning the bass, practicing everythying from Rush, Cliff Burton to Victor Wooten. Steven came back to F.L. to visit to find that his brother had become a great player. Thus, DUDGEON was born.
