Conflict Of Interest was created on August of 2005. The band consists of Carlos Gutierrez on vocals, Juan Garcia on bass, Pablo Cerda on drums, and Jorge and Inocencio Garcia (Pino) on guitars. It began with an idea, which became a vision and evolved into the band you see before you. C.O.I. has began it's wrath upon today's music to bring you the heavy,hardcore, in-your face, beat the livin f*ck out of your neighbor sound with a melodic yet gothicly sinful additive. 2 of the members(Carlos and Juan) played together in the band"Avenues of Approach." After the band split up; Carlos went on to be the lead singer of "Sullen." Juan continued to form a band of own which included his brother (Pino), his cousin (Pablo), and close friend (Jorge). Due to creative differences, Carlos left "Sullen" only to run into his allie again. Conflict of Interest was born.
