Cikada was born out of the daily crap that you have go through everyday just to get by. Their music is melodic, and unmercifully destructive in its own unique way. They see music as an outlet for frustration, sadness, madness and resentment.

Little by little, though, their hunger grew, and began to show metal fans everywhere what it feels like to have a sound so pure and brutal. After taking a break in late Spring, Cikada is marked for return at the end of the summer, when they promise to bring a force to the stage that Richmond has never felt before.



After some trial and error, Cikada is ready to hit the stage in late August...
