| Based out of Houston Texas, the Buck Yeager Band is on the path to emerge as one of Houston’s best upcoming artists. The Buck Yeager Band has earned their musical stripes the hard way – on the road, playing thousands of venues across varying states and just plain hard work. For the past four years the Buck Yeager Band has delivered performances under rigorous schedules and filling in for artists and venue holders who needed performers on the spot. The Buck Yeager Band is confident in their ability as a band to deliver an incredible performance with their own equipment which includes a full piece band consisting of four members. Some notable appearances include: League City Crawfish Festival South Shore Harbour Wine Festival Cattleman’s Association Awards Ceremony The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo – Crown Royal Tent Opening for many Popular artists such as: Django Walker, Robert Earl Keen, Jack Ingram, Bellamy Brothers, Bad Company, Shake Russell and Dana Cooper, Zona Jones and many more Won “Battle of the Bands” at Tumbleweed Texas; became permanent house band at Tumbleweed Texas Played at the annual 1960 St. Patrick’s Day Parade Over 100 weddings and private company events Over 50 local festivals Regular set dates at Angleton Ice House and Crawdaddys located in Kemah. Performed as lead band in numerous charity/not-for-profit events/benefits On top of the above Noted appearances – lead singer Greg Walton has ran sound for the following appearances: Nashville Star Audition Finals - Houston 2 Live Crew John Conlee Doug Stone If the above wasn’t enough – the Buck Yeager Band released their single “Deep in the West” in 2005 which debuted on 93Q with 16 weeks airplay – which included their Saturday night live broadcast at Tumbleweed Texas; Appeared on the Fox Morning Show with Matt Lavine; FEATURED in the soon to be released indie film “Necrophobia”; Received a sponsorship from Bud Light; Reviewed by THE Houston Chronicle as the regular House Band which named Tumbleweed Texas the “hottest spot on the North Side of Houston.”.
