Dec 18, 09 Manchester Band wants Singer Stoner/Heavy Blues/Space Rockers seek singer Stoner/ Heavy Blues/ Space Rockers seek singer We are currently a power trio looking for someone with a good set of pipes to lead our little group. Guitar, bass, drums all late 20\'s or 30\'s. Rehearse at Blueprint. Our influences are Kyuss, Sabbath, Nebula, QOTSA, The Sword, Grand Magus, Deep Purple, Wolfmother, Thin Lizzy., UFO Our intention was to be a modern stoner style band - However, our early sessions at Blueprint have ended up with a more heavy space rock, retro- groove orientated feel more in the vein of Wolfmother, Deep Purple, Sabbath, Hawkwind, Early UFO....and its good. Might get more stoner heavy or may go more space rock- Who can tell! We are still writing and evolving as a band and if you like to come along for a try out then please drop me a message. If you write lyrics and sing so much the better. Would particulary like a singer with an interesting/ powerful/ different voice E.G Ozzy, Gillan, Dio, Phil Mogg(Early UFO), Jim Morrison, Josh Homme.
