Still looking ... Boston Band wants Singer Established cover band seeks female lead vocalists MAGNUS is seeking one or two female vocalists to join our well-established Boston cover band. We have been playing pop/ rock/ funk in Boston and New England’s top venues for almost nine years… (everywhere from the downtown clubs to headlining the City Hall Plaza main stage). Our line-up features guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, four horns, male lead vocals and two/ three female vocalists. More info, pics and MP3s at www.MagnusBoston.com. We’re looking for vocalists who can cover a wide range of styles and really belt it out. We cover tunes from Motown to current radio play material, with a heavy emphasis on the 80s and 90s tunes. So, the ideal vocalists can cover everything from Aretha, to No Doubt, to Pat Benetar, to Steve Wonder. Interested vocalists should be able to sing lead as well as ensemble backing vocals. Previous performance experience is required. Potential members should have their own transportation, flexibility to attend rehearsal once a week in Boston and perform two to three times each month.
