Sep 20, 08 Edinburgh Band wants Any Musician Bassist or Guitarist - we will give you treats :) Hallo cookies! We are Looking for a bass player or guitarist to join our new alternative rock type project. Aim is to get some songs finished, gig, then tour etc. Looking for someone of any gender any age (over 16) who has fairly diverse taste, even if you aren’t usually into alternative rock music. We like people who don’t mind being different. Our aim is to write interesting tuneful music that will not follow the pop rock formula. Our rough drafts might be a bit conventional but it won’t stay that way. We are into lots of different types of music. Some influences for this project might be Aereogramme, Boards of Canada, Bjork, Cardigans, Chimeara, Dandy Warhols, Flaming lips, Keane, Lykke li, Perfect circle, Pixies, Sigur Ros, Smashing pumpkins The Brunnetes, Ummm pretty difficult to make a good list, maybe best talking to us about what influences you might have. We have a rehearsal space and are really keen to get this moving.
