May 27, 08 Pittsburgh Band wants Drummer BACCHUS NEEDS A PUNK/METAL DRUMMER Bacchus needs a new drummer, asap. We're looking for someone who is talented, committed, flexible, and between 20-25 years of age. We have a technical punk/ metal influenced style of music, lots of time signature changes and rhythm changes and things like that. We have around 15 original songs that Mike and myself are ready to play/ record/ teach to a new drummer. We would ask that you be able to learn as much as 10 songs as fast as possible so we can start playing gigs again soon. We like to play gigs 3+ times a month when possible, and we have experience playing out. We've played @ places such as 31st Pub, Belvedere's, Smiling Moose, Casey's Draft House, and so on. We have 2 previously recorded studio demos, and a whole mess of live recordings. We also would like to head into the studio again asap, and try to lay down a full length LP. We're an all original band, but we are open minded to a cover or two if the shoe fits.
