May 14, 08 Barcelona Band wants Singer Barcelona Metal Band Seek Vocalist Previously signed members of an un-named three piece metal/ rock band in Barcelona seek a vocalist. We're presently made up of 2 catalans and one English guy. It's very difficult to say who we sound like as there's no-one out we know who sounds like us. Our influences are Tool, Down, Rush, In Flames, Primus, Faith No More, Paradise Lost, and Opeth. We're looking for someone: 1. Doesn't have an ego - else the door will be shown. This is important. 2. Who can write material. 3. Has a musical background [we use lots of time signatures per song]. 4. Preferably male and has played live before. [Aged 24-38] Nationality isn't important. We will write and sing in English. We can provide help with your English so, if it's not perfect that's okay. We encourage writing and suggesting parts to make a song better. So, if you're looking to just sing - think again! Ideally we're seeking someone who wants to write songs, work towards EPs and an album.
