La Mesa Band Wants Bass Player

May 6, 08 La Mesa Band wants Bass Player bassist + singer needed for metal band weve been playing together for about 3 years with no bassist or singer, so pretty much all our attention has been on the "musicianship" of the songs and accurate but challenging playing. we need a bassist who can keep up with some technical songs, time changes, chopped rythyms and some breakbeat style stuff. for the most part, we dont care if your super good although it would be much better. as long as you can play your instrument to match what were playing and make it sound good if your into music like born of osiris, veil of maya, all shall perish, lamb of god, children of bodom, between the buried and me, ... your probably our guy. for the singer, i think we all would like someone along the lines of all shall perish. but its not required. its preferred if you have previously recorded samples, because it never works out well when you dont know whose coming to tryouts. we are all around 20 years old, but no age preferences as long as you dont mind i guess. http:/ / www.myspace.com/ diatribesd for a couple of our old recordings. my email is up there if you want more info. pippen429@yahoo.com. preferred if you have sufficient gear, i.e. no belt buckle amplifiers. half stack gear preferred.
