Nashville Any Musician wants Band Band Auditions Female vocalist, under management, will be conducting auditions for musicians (preferably males between the ages of 22 and 36) to become members of a backing / touring band. Positions to be filled are: Guitarist, Rhythm (Some solo work required) Guitarist, Lead (Optional) Bassist Drummer Auditions will be 15 to 30 minutes in length (inclusive of set-up) and will be conducted in the presence of a 3-5 member panel. The following attributes are essential and will be the basis of evaluation. • Sight reading (Charts and Tab) • Technique • Sound/ Tone quality (Guitarists only) • General musicianship • Knowledge of musical styles • Work ethic additionally, the following skills (though not essential) would be beneficial. • Sight reading (Standard Notation) • Improvisation Accepted band members will be playing original songs oriented in the Rock / Hard Rock/ Alternative genre.
