Detroit Band Wants Lead Guitars

Still looking ... Detroit Band wants Lead Guitars Wanted: Guitar, Keyboards, Drums for Rock/Blues/Reggae/Funk Band Basically what I am looking for are some hardworking musicians that want to take it up a notch. I have been in several groups as of late that either don't have the skill or are to lazy to take it up a notch. Of course these means that the band would need to have a reputation built for it. So there will be gigs at first where we are getting 20-50 dollars per person. However if you are willing to sacrifice time, the pay offs could be great. I have a booking agent lined up. We could be playing venues such as Memphis Smoke, Montery Music Cafe, Blind Pig and More in no time. Also we are looking at radio play on stations such as 89x, 107.1, 89.3, 94.7 and more! Seriously folks, this is the big time!! So: Do you match these criteria or are these in line with your views. -Small/ Managable Ego -Hardworking -Dedicated -Wanting to play 2-3 times per week -Wanting to play Rock/ Blues/ Reggae/ Funk/ Classic R& B -Wanting to write originals, playing covers as filler only -Willing & able to help find gigs if necessary -Have songwriting skill -Willing to invest some time -Creative -Willing to do equal work between band members Already I am asking a lot of a potential band member so I will tell you what I can do. I have extensive experience in Web Design. So free web site and promo. I have a studio where we can record 8 track simultaneously. I have 10+ years of professional playing experience. I am willing to invest the time, effort and money to try to get us to the top! Are you?
