 Still looking ... Toronto Band wants Lead Guitars Heavy Guitarist Wanted
hey all we're looking to start a part-time, semi-serious heavy band. at the end of the day, anything heavy is cool! this project is tentatively called: "Hasbeens & Wannabes", (subject to change). we're looking for a gutarist of any gender, ethnic background and age isn't an issue as long as we can all get along. it's gonna be a fun heavy project so we can get together once a week to write, play some shows and possibly record. tours will be limited to weekend gettaways to surrounding cities in the south ontario area as well as ottawa & montreal. we'll cross that bridge when we get there. so far we're all parents, so family and work come first, but the band is important enough for us to schedule and dedicate ourselves to that one night a week to release all the negativity we may have pent up. any hardcore mommies & daddies out there? can play but have no experience? maybe you're just looking for a side project that's the complete opposite of what you do now? hit me up and we'll talk. the influences are a wide range of heavy bands form hardcore to metal with jazz, blues & rock influences. bands from sick of it all, napalm death, brutal truth to the dillinger escape plan, the chariot & poison the well. just to name a few. there are some live rough tracks for you to check out to get an idea as to where we're going with this. alright, i'll wrap it up and look forward to chatting some of you and hopefully we can get thing organized for the summer/ fall.
