Mar 11, 08 Atlanta Band wants Brass Instruments Are you a bored brass player? Bored with your community band? Do you desire a more challenging music in a progressive, mostly one on a part ensemble? It's time to stop coasting and check out a more exciting musical experience which delights more than the auditory senses of the audience. Come and check out our arrangements of movie orchestral scores tailored specifically for our ensemble by members of the organization. If you want to be part of an ensemble where it matters whether or not you show up for rehearsal, give us a try. We just ask you to attend one Monday night rehearsal to check us out (don't worry about missing your other rehearsal because there's probably two or three people playing your part!). What do you have to loose? About us: We are a 20+ member brass ensemble with percussion and keyboard (to play those pesky string parts). We rehearse in Northwest Atlanta, just inside the perimeter, with easy access to I-75. We currently need Trumpets, F horns and Tuba.
