1) This promotion is subject to eligibility. Our 100-PROOF-PROMO requires that all photographed sign comprehensive modeling releases and that all uses of our photographs require full photo credit to ONEHUNDREDPROOF. This allows us to use the photographs for promotional/ sell/ licensing purposes.
2) We require you (our client) to present a deposit of $50 at least one week prior to your scheduled session in order to save the date and time. This deposit will be credited to your session. Any cancellation/ postponement 3 days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled date/ time will result in forfeiting your deposit. We do this to make sure that our clients commit to their appointment.
