Nottingham Band wants Keyboard Player Green Day Tribute Seeks Keyboards Green Date are the Uk’s Ultimate Tribute to Green Day Green Date was formed back in 2004 before the Number 1 Multi Platinum American Idiot Album was released; this makes Green Date the only OFFICIAL Green Day Tribute Band in the UK to date. Green Date can put on a show of up to 2 and a half hours consisting of all Green Day back catalogue including hits such as - American idiot, Basket Case, Wake Me Up When September Ends, Good Riddance, Boulevard of Broken Dreams, and many many many more......... Green Date have performed all around the UK to audience of up to 3000 people, Green Date have also played in Europe various times, Green Date are based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, Green Date are also recognized and have been verbally approved by the real Green Day. Green Date's Lead singer also recently turned down a spot on the hit ITV show "Stars In There Eyes" Green Date are the Uk’s Ultimate Tribute to Green Day Due to such high demand fromvenues across the UK, we are constantly touring the, and have decided to make our set 100% accurate to Green Day and bring in a keyboard player / 3rd guitarist / backing vocals. The chosen candidate must be a dedicated individual that must be able to make all gigs and practices without fail. On average we have around 3-4 gigs per month all over the UK. Don’t expect to make a living out of it but you will earn some good pocket money and have a damned good time on the way. Most of our gigs are weekend dates!! Those of you that are familiar with a typical Green Day set will be aware that Green Day has the "Pink Bunny" basically this bunny dances to YMCA before the band come out on stage. The chosen candidate will also be expected to play the part of the bunny aswell (dance to a song for 3 minutes - not hard). So if you can play the keyboards and guitar and are interested in joining the Uk’s Ultimate Tribute to Green Day please get in touch.
