Still looking ... Nashville Drummer wants Band Rock Drummer Seeks Band in Nashville My name is Jack Eastep. I am an experienced percussionist. I played for Blackeyed Blonde for about 8 or 9 months. Venues include various parties, The Smokehouse(Florence, AL), extensive play at Big Ed's(Bar and restaurant, Florence, AL), Riverfest 2005 in Decatur, Boomer's Gentlemans Club, a halloween show in Madisonat the firehouse(benefit), the headliner with 3 songs at the Florence High School talent show, Hurricane Katrina Benefit at the High School after the annual bonfire, and others. I am currently looking for a band to play with in Nashville. My influences as a drummer are Buddy Rich, John Bonham (Led Zeppelin), Ginger Baker (Cream), Terry Bozzio(Frank Zappa), Mike Mangini(Steve Vai), Mitch Mitchell (The Jimi Hendrix Experience), Neil Peart(Rush), Bill Ward (Black Sabbath), Ringo Starr (Beatles) I've been called "the Rabbit", "John Bonham on acid" I think I sound like a cross between John Bonham, Bill Ward, and Ringo Starr.
