Musician Wanted
Still looking ... Nashville Band wants Lead Guitars Wanted: YOU! (Or let's hope so, anyway...!) 6-stringers only need apply! Seeking eclectic guitar player capable of writing/ playing lead parts on electric or acoustic guitar, in styles ranging from folk to rock to blues. Noodling = bad... we're looking for someone who LISTENS and contributes to the overall dynamic and groove. Must be able to follow chord progressions without cheat sheets (after a few rehearsals. of course!). You'll be part of a 4-piece, backing a solo artist who writes all of her own material -- your creative input is welcome and desired in fleshing out the arrangements. Fun is definitely included in the show and in rehersal, but showing up on time to rehearsals and gigs is a must! Our other members are an upright bass, drums, and lead vox/ rhythm guitar. We gig in Nashville and the surrounding area, and will be going into the studio in several months -- with you on board, if you're willing and able. If you can go on the road on weekends, that's a massive plus! (Lord knows noone gets paid enough to cover the bar tab in Music City! Ha.) Check out www.torisparks.com or call 615-957-7088 for more info (bio, press quotes, etc.)... PLEASE NOTE: The sound clips you'll hear on Musolist and on ToriSparks.com feature a gaggle of session players. The live sound is intentionally more stripped-down and more organic. The feel for the next album will be the same. Just FYI.... it's good to know these things, right?
City: Nashville TN Genre: Folk Rock
